Returns and Exchanges

We are disappointed if you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received. For most items in new condition, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

Please contact customer service by submitting a ticket on our website, specifying the items you wish to return and the reason why. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

After you receive return instructions from us, please repack the items you wish to return in their original packaging.

Drop your package off at your local post office.

Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your package. We will refund to your Luoika wallet unless we are notified in advance of a refund to your payment account. The wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or withdrawn to your payment account. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

If you would like to return the items to the nearest return address, please submit a ticket in your account and our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
